KAKO is designed for elevated gatherings — black-tie galas, cultural celebrations, corporate activations, community expos, and private events seeking a refined, design-forward photo experience.
A single digital studio requires approximately 8’ x 8’ of clear space with access to a standard power outlet. Dual digital studios typically require approximately 12’ x 8’ of clear space to allow comfortable guest flow.
Yes. Each KAKO activation is customized to reflect your event aesthetic.
Customization includes:
• Branded or themed photo overlays
• Curated graphic props and custom placards
• Styling and coordination for each activation
• Color or brand alignment with your event design
Our goal is for the activation to feel like it belongs in the room — not something simply placed inside it.
Guests receive their photos instantly via text or email, making it easy to share the moment in real time.
Event hosts receive a direct link to the full gallery after the event.
Hosts are welcome to book the amount of time needed to accommodate the size, schedule, and flow of their event, ensuring guests have plenty of opportunities to participate. KAKO activations require a 3-hour minimum.
We recommend booking 4–6 weeks in advance to secure your event date and allow time for styling and preparation.
For larger events or peak seasons, earlier booking is encouraged. If your event is coming up sooner, feel free to reach out — we’ll do our best to accommodate availability.
Yes. KAKO serves events throughout the Greater Houston area and surrounding communities.
Travel fees are calculated based on the KAKO service zones from Pearland, TX, and will be confirmed during the booking process.
Start by selecting your preferred date and time using the KAKO availability calendar and submitting your event details.
To secure your event date, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll follow up within 24 hours to coordinate styling, customization, and setup for your activation.
Where feasible, we prefer to view the venue in advance to ensure the setup and activation flow smoothly within the space.
When possible, we also prefer to set up ahead of time so everything is ready when guests arrive.
